Pozzi Milano reported preliminary consolidated revenues of about €26 million for 2025, highlighting strong second-half seasonality and confirming its ability to sustain substantial business volumes despite a still uncertain macroeconomic environment. At the parent company level, revenues rose to around €21.5 million, up 8.6% year on year, driven by robust international demand, with foreign markets accounting for roughly two-thirds of sales and particularly solid growth in Western Europe, the Americas and Central and Eastern Europe.

Management underlined that integration of acquired businesses and a broadened brand portfolio are generating operational and commercial synergies, marking 2025 as the first year of full configuration for the new group structure. Consolidated net financial debt fell sharply to €0.5 million from €2.3 million at mid-2025, reflecting strong operating cash generation and disciplined working capital management, which strengthens the company’s financial foundations and supports its strategy of sustainable international expansion.
