Powermatic Data Systems Limited has announced immediate changes to its Board and Board Committees, with the appointment of Mr. Tang Wai Loong Kenneth and Mr. Teo Eng Hock as Non-Executive Independent Directors. Mr. Tang will also serve as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee, and both appointees will be members of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and Remuneration Committee, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strong corporate governance.
