Powermatic Data Systems Ltd. held its Thirty-Fifth Annual General Meeting on July 25, 2024, at Toa Payoh SAFRA in Singapore, with the participation of its board members, shareholders, and external auditors. The Chairman opened the meeting after confirming the quorum and proceeded with the agenda, highlighting that all resolutions would be voted on by poll as per the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited’s rules. The proceedings began with the Chairman’s welcoming speech, after which the notice of the meeting was acknowledged and the protocols for voting were explained.
