Powermatic Data Systems Limited is streamlining shareholder communications by adopting electronic methods, in a move to enhance sustainability and resource efficiency. Shareholders will now receive notices and documents electronically, in compliance with Singapore’s Companies Act and the company’s constitution. However, certain documents, including those related to shareholder meetings and corporate actions, will still be distributed in physical form as required by the SGX-ST Listing Rules.
