Powermatic Data Systems Limited has announced board changes to take effect after their upcoming Annual General Meeting on July 25, 2024. Mr. David Tan Chao Hsiung will transition from Lead Independent Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director due to new SGX Listing Rules limiting tenure. Concurrently, Mr. Cham Tao Soon will be appointed as the new Non-Executive Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.
