Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd. ( (HK:1238) ) has provided an update.

Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd. has warned shareholders and potential investors that it expects to report a substantially larger net loss for the year ended 31 December 2025, in the range of RMB6.6 billion to RMB7.0 billion, compared with a loss of about RMB5.5 billion a year earlier. Core losses attributable to shareholders are also projected to widen to roughly RMB3.4 billion to RMB3.8 billion, up from around RMB3.1 billion in 2024, underscoring the deepening financial strain on the group.

The developer cited the continued severe operating conditions in China’s real estate sector as the main driver of the deterioration, pointing to prudential impairments on property projects, a decline in the fair value of investment properties, and lower contributions from joint ventures and associates. The figures are based on unaudited management accounts and may change when the audited 2025 results are released by the end of March 2026, with the company cautioning investors to exercise care when trading its securities amid ongoing sector pressures and uncertainty over its final earnings outcome.

The most recent analyst rating on (HK:1238) stock is a Hold with a HK$0.26 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd. stock, see the HK:1238 Stock Forecast page.
