Powerhouse Ventures Ltd. has announced a merger between its investment, Revaia Pty Ltd, and RegenCo Group Ltd, which values Revaia at A$24 million. Post-merger, the combined entity aims to become a leading independent Carbon Project Developer in Australia, significantly expanding its carbon credit production capacity.
