Powerhouse Energy Group PLC has announced the issue of 31,240,606 new ordinary shares following the exercise of warrants, with the new shares expected to start trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange around June 11, 2024. This issuance will bring the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the company to 4,196,654,741.
