PowerFleet Inc Announces Acquisition of MiX Telematics

PowerFleet Inc (PWFL) has released an update.

PowerFleet, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire all MiX Telematics’ issued ordinary shares, with the latter becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of PowerFleet. A press release and submission to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange were made concerning shareholder meetings and documentation updates for this acquisition. The SEC has declared a registration statement effective that includes a joint proxy statement/prospectus relevant to the proposed transactions.
