Power Nickel Inc. has successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $2.38 million through the issuance of common shares, with proceeds aimed at general corporate purposes. The company also paid finder’s fees and issued finder’s warrants as part of the deal. This financial boost will support Power Nickel’s ambition to develop Canada’s first Carbon Neutral Nickel mine.
