Power Minerals Limited has announced a partnership with Heng Li Technology for the development and funding of its Pular Lithium Project in Argentina. The agreement includes a Binding Term Sheet, which, following a due diligence period, could lead to a joint venture that will leverage Heng Li’s environmentally favorable lithium extraction technology. In addition to providing the technology, Heng Li will also purchase 100% of the lithium produced from the project.
