Power Metal Resources PLC has successfully completed the sale of its 49.9% stake in New Ballarat Gold Corporation plc, which owns the Victoria Goldfields and South Australia exploration projects. As part of the deal, the company has received a significant number of new shares in Red Rock Resources plc, a convertible loan note, and warrants exercisable into RRR shares. This strategic disposal is part of Power Metal’s ongoing efforts to manage its resource project portfolio and generate value for shareholders.
