Power Financial Group Limited’s subsidiary, Classictime Investments Limited, has disposed of approximately 2.27% of its held shares in a series of market transactions, amounting to an aggregate consideration of around HK$28.5 million. This strategic disposal has resulted in the group retaining a 0.49% stake in the target company, which operates across eight diverse segments including securities, insurance, and asset management. The company’s directors believe the open market transactions were conducted on fair and reasonable terms.
