Poujoulat SA is set to hold a Mixed General Meeting on September 11, 2024, to approve annual and consolidated accounts, decide on profit allocation, and discuss various resolutions including director mandates and share repurchase authorization. Shareholders will deliberate on a proposal for dividend payments of 0.18 Euro per share, with a total distribution of 1,410,480 Euros, scheduled for payment by October 15, 2024. The meeting will also cover the renewal of director mandates and statutory auditor appointments.
