Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd. has announced the distribution of final dividends for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2023, with shareholders set to receive RMB 2.61 per 10 shares. The dividends will be paid in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.095674, with payment scheduled for 08 August 2024. Withholding tax rates will vary for different shareholder types, ranging from 10% to 20% depending on the shareholder’s residency and applicable tax treaties with the PRC.
