POSaBIT Systems Corp has announced an anticipated delay in their 2023 annual financial filings due to a late-year change in auditor, with new filing expected by May 17, 2024. Consequently, the company expects to receive a management cease trade order (MCTO) which restricts certain officers from trading until filings are complete but does not affect non-insider shareholders. During the delay, POSaBIT will issue bi-weekly status reports and comply with alternative information guidelines.
