Portmeirion Group PLC has announced the approval of option grants for directors and senior managers as part of their long-term remuneration and retention strategy. A total of 482,500 existing options were surrendered, and 323,000 new options were granted at a significantly lower exercise price of 257.5 pence, contingent on meeting specific performance targets over the next three years.
