Portage Biotech Inc. has announced the immediate resignations of board members Mark J. Simon, Linda M. Kozick, and Robert H. Glassman, M.D. The company has also appointed Jean-Christophe Renondin, M.D. and Justin Stebbing, M.D., Ph.D. to its board of directors, including roles on the Nominating and Audit Committees. The new appointments follow the company’s established compensation guidelines for non-employee directors.
