Pop Culture Group Co., Ltd has successfully acquired 98% of Yi Caishen (Xiamen) Trading Co., Ltd, with the transaction closing on July 11, 2024. The deal involved the issuance of 1 million Class A ordinary shares, valued at $1.1 million, to the shareholder of the target company. This strategic move aims to expand Pop Culture Group’s market presence and was executed under the securities regulations exempting U.S. registration requirements.
