Pop Culture Group Confirms Leadership and Auditor

Pop Culture Group (CPOP) has released an update.

At Pop Culture Group Co., Ltd’s 2024 Annual General Meeting, shareholders overwhelmingly voted to re-elect five directors to hold office until the next annual meeting and re-appointed WWC, P.C. as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year. The meeting, which saw a 95.18% turnout of exercisable votes, solidified the company’s leadership and affirmed the accounting firm’s role for the upcoming year.
