PolyNovo Director’s Spouse Sells Shares

Polynovo Limited (AU:PNV) has released an update.

In a recent update, PolyNovo Limited disclosed a change in the interest of Director Mr. Leon Hoare, as reported to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2. The update revealed that Mr. Hoare’s spouse, Mrs. Helen Charles-Hoare, sold 100,000 of the company’s ordinary fully paid shares on the market for a total consideration of $260,839.06, reducing her holdings to 904,665 shares. The transaction did not affect Mr. Hoare’s indirect interest of 191,344 shares held in his BT SuperWrap personal super account.
