Polymetals Resources Ltd has released a proxy form for shareholders to appoint a proxy and vote on various company resolutions, including the adoption of a remuneration report, re-election of a director, and approval of additional placement capacity and a loan funded share plan. Shareholders can lodge their proxy forms online, by mail, fax, or in person, and must do so 48 hours before the company’s Annual General Meeting scheduled for November 15, 2024.
