Poly Xverse Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd has officially changed its English name from Winshine Science Company Limited and adopted a new Chinese secondary name, with the new identity now registered in both Bermuda and Hong Kong. The company has also ceased using its old Chinese identification name and legacy logo as part of this rebranding.
From 12 May 2026, the stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change to POLY XVERSE IT in English and a corresponding new Chinese short name, while the stock code remains 209. The corporate website will shift to http://www.poly-xverse.com from 11 May 2026, aligning digital and market-facing assets with the new brand.
The group stresses that the name change and logo retirement will not affect shareholders’ rights, day-to-day operations or its financial position. Existing share certificates bearing the former name and logo remain fully valid for trading and settlement, with new certificates to be issued only under the new company name going forward.
