Ltd., which had been previously struck off, is facing a legal claim for S$650,000 due to alleged defects in the Mayfair Residences development. Giorgio has been reinstated on the Register following a court order and the company is preparing to defend against the claim, which they believe will not materially impact their financial position or operations.
