Pollux Properties Ltd. announces the retirement of Mr. Tan Lye Heng Paul from the Board of Directors, effective 21 June 2024, and his departure from his roles, including Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Phua Cher Chew will serve as the Interim Chairman of the Audit Committee following Mr. Tan’s retirement. The company is actively seeking new members to fill the upcoming vacancies and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
