Pollen Street Group Limited has reported the buyback of 125,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 671.80 pence each on 7th May 2024, as part of its ongoing share buyback programme announced on 21st March 2024. The acquired shares will be held in treasury, and after this transaction, the Company’s treasury holds 527,606 shares with 63,681,991 shares remaining in issue. This step is a part of the Company’s effort to manage its share capital effectively.
