Polaris Revamps Incentive Plan, Awaits Approval

Polaris Infrastructure (TSE:PIF) has released an update.

Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. has announced that its board of directors has approved a proposed amendment to its omnibus long-term incentive plan, transitioning from a rolling plan to a fixed plan, pending shareholder approval in an upcoming meeting. The company, operating in Latin America, runs a portfolio of renewable energy projects, including geothermal, hydroelectric, and solar. Details of the amendment will be provided in an updated management information circular, with the amendment’s effectiveness contingent on necessary approvals.
