Polaris Renewable Energy Elects New Directors

Polaris Infrastructure (TSE:PIF) has released an update.

Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. has successfully elected all six director nominees proposed by management during its annual and special shareholders’ meeting, which was conducted via live video webcast. The newly elected directors will serve until the next annual meeting or until their successors are appointed. Polaris, a Canadian company, operates renewable energy projects across five Latin American countries, including geothermal, hydroelectric, and solar facilities.
