Polaris Ltd. has announced major leadership changes with Ms. Dian Stefani Sugialam stepping in as the new CEO, succeeding Mr. Pontus who transitions to a Non-executive Director role. In a strategic move, Mr. Sugiono resigns from his Chairmanship, maintaining his position as Executive Director, while Mr. Chong Eng Wee is appointed as the new Chairman of the Board.
