Polaris Holdings Co., Ltd. has secured a JPY 10 billion syndicated loan led by Mizuho Bank and SMBC to facilitate the acquisition of Minacia Co., Ltd, aiming to strengthen its position in Japan’s hospitality sector. The loan will also support refinancing existing debts and repaying loans from the Star Asia Group affiliate, SAJP.
