Polar Capital Shareholders Approve Buy-Back

Polar Capital Holdings (GB:POLR) has released an update.

Polar Capital Holdings PLC has succeeded in passing all proposed resolutions at its recent AGM, with overwhelming shareholder support, including a special resolution to authorize the company to buy back its own shares. The resolution to re-elect various directors received significant backing, with near-unanimous approval for the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors and the authorization for the Audit and Risk Committee to set their remuneration.
