Polar Capital Holdings has disclosed transactions by senior executives under its Annual Bonus and Deferred Remuneration Plan, in which after-tax short-term bonuses have been deferred into ordinary shares of the company. The awards to the chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief investment officer and chief operating officer are subject to bad leaver forfeiture, with one-third of the shares vesting annually after 31 March 2027, 2028 and 2029, reinforcing long-term alignment between management and shareholders.

On 29 April 2026 the four executives acquired Polar Capital ordinary shares at 680.3355 pence per share on AIM, with individual allocations ranging from 17,982 to 24,719 shares.
