Samuel Swanell, a director of PointsBet Holdings Limited, has reported changes in his interest in the company’s securities. He acquired 976,848 shares through the vesting of Performance Share Rights under the Key Employee Equity Plan, and 300,570 of his Performance Share Rights lapsed. The estimated value of the newly vested shares is approximately $791,247.
