PointsBet Holdings Limited has announced a cash return of capital to its shareholders amounting to AUD 0.39 per ordinary fully paid security. The ex-return of capital trading will begin on April 30, 2024, with the record date set for May 1, 2024, and the payment date scheduled for May 16, 2024. This return follows the necessary security holder approval and will also result in a reduction of the exercise price for unquoted employee options.
