Pointerra Limited has announced a new non-pro rata securities offering, proposing to issue a maximum of 1,000 ordinary fully paid shares under a disclosure document or product disclosure statement (PDS). Interested parties have until the 11th of June, 2024, to submit their acceptances for this offer, which is also the proposed issue date.
