Podium Minerals has notified investors of the issue of 40 million unquoted securities under its employee incentive arrangements. The new securities comprise 20 million incentive rights and 20 million service rights, both created as new classes and issued on 14 April 2026.

The additional rights are not intended to be quoted on the ASX and form part of the company’s strategy to remunerate and retain staff through equity-based incentives. This move expands Podium’s pool of unquoted equity instruments and aligns employees’ interests more closely with the long-term performance of the business.
