Pod Point Group Holdings PLC has announced the grant of a Nil Cost Option over ordinary shares to CFO David Wolffe as part of the company’s Deferred Bonus Share Plan. This move defers 30% of Wolffe’s annual bonus from the 2023 financial year, with the option vesting on its second anniversary, contingent upon continued employment but without further performance conditions. The transaction, which is compliant with UK Market Abuse Regulation, involves no payment upon grant or vesting and includes malus and clawback provisions.
