Po Valley Director Increases Shareholding

Po Valley Energy Limited (AU:PVE) has released an update.

Kevin Bailey AM, a director at Po Valley Energy Limited, has increased his holdings in the company with an on-market purchase of 657,722 ordinary shares, valued at $26,208.88. Following the acquisition, Bailey’s total interest now amounts to 286,624,337 fully paid ordinary shares, both directly and indirectly through various trusts and superfunds. No shares were disposed of in the transaction that took place between May 7th and 10th, 2024.
