Po Valley Director Buys More Shares

Po Valley Energy Limited (AU:PVE) has released an update.

Po Valley Energy Limited has announced that Director Kevin Bailey AM has increased his direct and indirect holdings in the company through an on-market purchase. Bailey acquired an additional 100,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a total value of $2,800, bringing his total interest to 284,748,345 shares. No shares were disposed of in this transaction, which has been reported in accordance with ASX listing rules.
