PM Capital Global Opportunities Fund Ltd. (PGF) successfully completed its Share Purchase Plan (SPP), raising $16 million with participation from approximately 912 shareholders. The SPP resulted in the issuance of around 7.3 million new shares at $2.19 each, which will be traded on the ASX from September 4, 2024. Shareholders’ applications were fully accepted, and refunds, if applicable, will be processed promptly.
