Pluto Ventures Inc. has announced a Letter of Intent to acquire the rights to Alaska’s Union Bay mining assets through the purchase of all outstanding shares of BC1508260. The acquisition involves issuing shares and warrants to BC1508260 shareholders, pending due diligence and regulatory approvals. This move could expand Pluto Ventures’ mineral exploration portfolio without causing a fundamental change or shift in company control.
