Plus500 ( (GB:PLUS) ) has provided an update.

Plus500 has continued to execute its previously announced share buyback programme, repurchasing 7,953 ordinary shares on 6 May 2026 through Panmure Liberum at a volume-weighted average price of 4,533.28 pence. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury, leaving 69,701,933 ordinary shares in issue excluding treasury stock and setting the company’s total voting rights at that level.

The move further concentrates Plus500’s equity base and may enhance per-share metrics, while giving the board additional capital-management flexibility. The updated voting-rights figure also provides shareholders with a new reference point for calculating disclosure thresholds under the FCA’s transparency rules.
