Plumas Bank and Mountainseed Real Estate Services, LLC have mutually agreed to cancel their previous agreement regarding the sale and leaseback of three bank-operated administrative properties for $7.9 million. Despite this, the separate completed sale and leaseback deal for nine branch office properties between the two parties remains unaffected.
