Plover Bay Technologies Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Chiu Chi Ying as an executive director, effective from October 2024. Ms. Chiu, with a notable background in law and a Certified ESG Planner, brings expertise in legal and intellectual property matters to the company’s board, aiming to enhance board diversity. She has a three-year renewable contract with the company, with a monthly salary of HKD 80,000 and eligibility for bonuses and share options.
