Plexure Director Sells All Shares On-Market

Plexure Group Limited (AU:TSK) has released an update.

Plexure Group Limited has announced that Manda Trautwein, a director of the company, has sold all of their indirect interest of 131,578 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.85 per share through an on-market trade. The sale resulted in Trautwein no longer holding any shares in the company. This change in director’s interest has been reported to the ASX in compliance with listing rules.
