Plaza Centers N.V. reported a significant loss of €8.9 million for the first half of 2024, primarily due to finance results on bonds and general and legal expenses, compared to a loss of €0.6 million in the same period of 2023. The company’s cash position also fell to approximately €4.6 million, down from €5.7 million at the end of 2023. Amid these financial challenges, Plaza Centers is engaged in a legal arbitration regarding the Casa Radio project in Romania and is seeking to postpone bond repayments with bondholders’ approval.
