Playtech Subsidiary CEO Sells Company Shares

Playtech (GB:PTEC) has released an update.

Playtech PLC has announced that Fabio Schiavolin, the CEO of its subsidiary Snaitech, has exercised options and sold 74,374 of his ordinary shares in the company, following the terms of the Playtech Long Term Incentive Plan 2012. The transactions were conducted on the London Stock Exchange and amounted to a total of £549,705.16. This financial activity aligns with the UK Market Abuse Regulation requirements.
