Platt Nera International Raises HK$30M for Capital

Platt Nera International Limited (HK:1949) has released an update.

Platt Nera International Limited successfully completed the placement of 80 million new shares, raising HK$30 million in gross proceeds to support its general working capital. The transaction, which dilutes existing shares by 13.33%, saw the shares placed with at least six independent third parties, ensuring no single placee becomes a substantial shareholder. The net proceeds, after expenses, amounted to approximately HK$28.8 million.
