Platt Nera International Limited announced that Mr. Tong Yee Ming will resign as Independent Non-executive Director and from all committee roles effective 30 June 2024, to focus on personal endeavors, confirming no disputes with the Board. Concurrently, the company appointed Mr. Yuen Kwok Kuen as the new Independent Non-executive Director and to various committee positions, leveraging his extensive experience in finance and accounting.
