Platinum Group Metals Ltd. has entered into an equity distribution agreement with BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Beacon Securities Limited, and BMO Capital Markets Corp. for the issuance and sale of common shares worth up to $50 million. The company has also filed the necessary documents with Canadian and U.S. regulatory authorities to facilitate this offering.
